The Quickfix Neo is the best way to set printed substrates speedily. The new generation of machines for rapid thermal setting on directly printed fabrics is now available.
The first Quickfix was launched in 2004, since then it has been continuously developed technically every year to enhance its performance.
A simple machine operation and a high and constant thermal stability during the setting process leads to consistent results.
The energy consumption is very low, only 6 KW/H.
The Quickfix Neo allows very rapid work through the use of the latest components. Heat setting in offline mode so drying roll to roll in consistently high quality.
Quickfix Neo is designed for very fast digital textile printing machines such as the T-REX 320 printer.
The Quickfix Neo dries printed materials up to a capacity of 230 m2/h.
Available in fabric widths of 2600 mm up to 3200 mm.
With integrated heat extraction, variable speed, precise temperature and a rapidly reacting super brake, the best results are obtained on all printed materials.
The Quickfix 320 thermal drying unit is ideal for all disperse inks, dye sub inks, including pigment colours.

Der erste Quickfix wurde im Jahre 2004 auf den Markt gebracht und wurde jedes Jahr technisch weiter entwickelt und in der Leistung optimiert.
